Mr. Merle Zmak brought on Mr. Tom Murphy, Service Director, to personally direct the repairs on my vehicle and it was Tom, who assigned Mr. Kevin Wallace, Master Technician, to be the sole working mechanic on the vehicle. Kevin had never performed an undertaking of this nature on the Q7 but was able to complete the work and was helpful enough to show me what had happened and explain the repair to me.
I would also like to extend a very personal thanks to Mr. Merle Zmak for taking this problem to task immediately when he was informed of it. Merle has kept the lines of communication open with me constantly explained all my options in a clear and concise business manner and was available to answer all my questions in a timely approach.
